Joanna Cotter, OD is a board-certified optometrist practicing in Miami, Florida. Dr. Cotter earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. She then went on to earn her doctorate from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry where she graduated with honors. Following optometry school, Dr. Cotter completed her residency training at the prestigious Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, located in Miami, Florida.
Dr. Cotter is trained in the treatment and management of ocular diseases including glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, and corneal disorders. She is an expert in dry eye, and is currently involved in the newest technology and advances in dry eye treatments.
